These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the software application (“Application”) developed by Solyrix (“we,” “us,” or “our”). The Application may include technology, features, and services designed and operated by Solyrix. By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Application.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Solyrix. Please read them carefully.
Your access to and use of the Application is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Application.
By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Application for your personal or internal business purposes.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application or any features within the Application with or without notice. You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Application.
In order to use certain features of the Application, you may be required to create an account (“Account”). You agree to: (a) provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process; (b) maintain the security of your Account and login credentials; (c) notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of or access to your Account; and (d) use only your Account.
You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your Account, and for maintaining adequate security and control of any and all IDs, passwords, or other codes that you use to access the Application. You are responsible for all actions taken through your Account, including any fees incurred.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account if we suspect any unauthorized activity or violation of these Terms.
You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:
The Application and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Solyrix or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Application for your permitted use only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material in the Application, except as permitted by these Terms or with our prior written consent.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us regarding the Application will be deemed non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we may use such information without compensation to you.
Some features of the Application may require payment of fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. You agree to pay all fees charged by us in connection with your use of the Application.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If we do so, we will provide notice via the Application or email.
We may terminate or suspend access to the Application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your Account, you may do so by contacting us at info@solyrix.in.
The Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Use of the Application is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solyrix and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Application; (b) any conduct or content of any third party; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
In no event will our aggregate liability exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
These Terms and your use of the Application will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in [City, e.g., Bangalore], India.
